Color maps and window presets

Color maps change color; window presets change the display range.

Choose a color map

Set separate defaults for grayscale and PET in Settings. The tool on the right changes the current view; Tiles synchronizes every cell. Colors do not change original pixels.

Manage window presets

Brain, lung, bone and soft tissue are CT presets that can be enabled or disabled. Add up to 20 custom CT presets with unique names and positive WW, or use Save as preset in the CT window panel. MR does not use CT presets; use the DICOM initial window, Auto window or manual values.

Apply and reset

A preset applies when clicked; editing its list does not change the image. Reset 2D windowing to restore initial values. CT 3D uses separate volume presets.
