Check the source, view type and current slice first.
Why is a button disabled?
Select a series and wait for import, then check its modality and format. MPR/3D require regular volumes; 4D requires valid CT phase groups. MR 4D playback, fusion and CT analysis tools remain unavailable; PET montage is unavailable. Hover over an entry for its reason, and see Supported images and formats.
ROI versus VOI
Ordinary rectangle / ellipse ROIs provide 2D slice statistics. MPR segmentation and VOI provide 3D statistics with depth. 3D cropping changes display only. PET MIP is a projection and is not used to draw 3D regions.
Where are my results?
Return to the original tab, slice and sampling grid, and check region visibility. Closing tabs releases results. Restore them from a saved workspace.
Not yet supported
SR import, RTSTRUCT exchange, fractional or LABELMAP SEG, voxel brush editing, contour interpolation and segmentation surfaces are not supported. Binary SEG import/export, SR export and single-layer freehand conversion are supported. Generic multiframe/color viewing, Enhanced PET, Mosaic and MR quantitative analysis remain unavailable. Grayscale Enhanced MR is supported; reconstruction requires regular volumes.
